Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the 21+OnDemand App & Web. These Customer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App & Web, and the services provided. By accessing, downloading, or using the App or Web, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App or Web.

2. Eligibility

• The App & Web is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. By using the App & Web, you confirm that you are above the age of 21.
• Registration requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NIC), including an image of the NIC, to verify your age and identity. This is in compliance with the National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol Act No. 27 of 2006.
• The App & Web is available in Sinhala, Tamil, and English, with descriptions and functionality in all three languages.

3. User Accounts

• Users must register with accurate and truthful information, including uploading an NIC image.
• Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the App & Web

• Users agree to use the App & Web lawfully and in accordance with Sri Lankan laws, including the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006 and the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to bypass age verification may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Age Verification and Purchase Conditions

• Purchasing confirms the user is over 21 years old. Age confirmation is required during checkout.
• Users must keep their NIC and account details accurate. Re-verification may be requested.
• Sales or deliveries to individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited. Suspected fraud may lead to denied delivery and no refund.

6. Privacy Policy

• Personal data, including NIC images, are processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App & Web is not liable for user misuse, including providing false registration data or allowing minors to use their accounts.
• Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, or interfere with the App & Web's functioning.
• Despite age-verification systems, users are ultimately responsible for complying with these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and branding are owned by the App & Web’s operators and protected by the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The App & Web may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of major updates, and continued use signifies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Sri Lankan law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
